It is difficult not to admire these little suns: bright, beautiful, they seem to exude cheerfulness and optimism themselves. And how diverse: lemons, grapefruits, tangerines, limes, pomelo and, of course, the most popular citrus fruit in the world - orange.
Much has already been said and written about the benefits of these wonderful fruits. We all grew up with the words “Eat an orange - it is useful!” But few people know that we use only a part of what is given to us by generous nature. Here, remember what you do when you have a desire to eat an orange? You probably take an orange, wash it thoroughly, peel it off, and then ... throw it into the bin. But in the skin of any citrus vitamins and nutrients contained no less than in the fruit!

For all understandable reasons, raw peel is unsuitable for human consumption. But I want to offer you a simple, and at the same time original, method of wasteless use and preservation of these fruits of health, as they are called in Asia.
